Shipping policy
We already have Amazon's local warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union (France).
We will deliver goods from local warehouses to customers in these countries, and the shipping services provided by Amazon, No taxes are charged.
Other countries and regions need to ship from China, and you may have to pay local import duties.
We are working hard to build more warehouses to provide better prices.
All parts are shipped from China, so shipping will be charged. But most of the cases are duty-free.
Only the D3 Pro is in stock in some countries and can be shipped from your local area with free shipping and duty free. Other models need to be shipped from China.

Majority of orders will be delivered by DHL, Fedex, TNT, or UPS but we may sometimes use other couriers such as Aramex, Duty-free air freight line for delivery based on your need. We pick couriers carefully to ensure you receive your order on time and we are confident couriers we choose will offer an excellent service and we are very pleased to have them on board.
For bulk orders, we will arrange for the freighter to arrive at your port, or the plane to your airport, which will save you a lot of shipping costs and make our twin extruder 3d printers more competitive in your country.
What to do if the courier is damaged or lost?
We will re-arrange new delivery or refund to you.
